Sessions cost €70, and last 50 minutes.

I have some spaces reserved for people who are on low-income, so please get in touch to check what is available.

You can pay by cash, bank transfer, or by card.

For remote sessions, I will email you an invoice with payment link.

Generally, we would start with 6 weekly sessions, and regularly review progress as we go.

Before the first session, we will chat by phone to get a better idea of whether I am the right therapist to work with you right now. If not, I can refer you on to other therapists / services that may be better suited to you.

Our first session together will build on that initial conversation and generally we will cover some of the frameworks of entering therapy, and begin to explore your needs in therapy.

The first session is at a standard rate and lasts 50 minutes.

This is a common question, that almost answers itself. Definitely, if there is something making an impact on your life that you would like to explore then that is good enough to justify doing it.

The type of therapy, and the level of depth we work at will vary depending on your situation. Fundamentally, therapy offers an opportunity for you to learn more about yourself, and as such the only minimum entry requirement is a sense of curiosity.

Cancellations made within 48 hours are paid for at the normal rate. Please notify me by email or phone if you need to cancel a session.

If it is possible to swap you to another slot that week without incurring an extra fee I will always try to do that.

Remote therapy sessions can be facilitated through Zoom, or by phone.

As much as possible, we try to mirror the in-person experience. You might find it easy to sit in your car or in a quiet space outside if your house is busy.

For international users I am regulated under Irish Law and abide by those regulations only; you need to satisfy yourself that you can engage my services under the law of your jurisdiction.
